Overview

If you are planning an event that requires a facility rental, you will most likely need TULIP coverage. The Tenant User Liability Insurance Program provides liability coverage to you for the duration of your facility rental. This Policy is specifically designed to meet the contractual insurance requirement outlined in the facility rental agreement. It also has the ability to include exhibitor coverage and liquor liability coverage if needed.

The Tenant User Liability Insurance Program, which is spectator general liability coverage, is designed to provide coverage for a variety of event types. Whether you are hosting a county fair or a coworkers retirement party, you can meet your coverage requirements through TULIP.

1.  Limited to Spectator General Liability for ONE-TIME events, with $1M/$2M limits. (Use a fillable PDF Application (below) for all other coverage needs.)

2.  Add the University as an Additional Insured (see above).

3.  Add risk@du.edu into the Certificate Delivery field of the online application. [This provides the University of Denver with your Certificate of Insurance (proof of coverage) upon issuance and email delivery to you.]
